Honeycomb is a purpose-led group made up of our housing provider and four specialist subsidiaries, delivering housing, homelessness, domestic abuse and community support services across Staffordshire and beyond. As we enter the next phase of our journey, we are reshaping our executive structure to ensure we have the leadership capacity, accountability and expertise needed to meet rising expectations, drive transformation and support future growth. This includes creating two new Executive Director roles: Executive Director of Corporate Services and Executive Director of Growth, Assets and Compliance. These appointments represent a significant investment in our future and will play a critical role in shaping the next chapter of Honeycomb’s success.

Executive Director Growth, Assets & Compliance
As Executive Director of Growth, Assets and Compliance, you will provide strategic leadership across asset management, repairs and maintenance, property compliance, health and safety, sustainability and growth. You will give the Chief Executive, Board and charity trustees confidence that homes are safe, compliance information is robust, remedial action is well managed and investment decisions are grounded in reliable evidence.
Executive Director Corporate Services
As Executive Director of Corporate Services, you will bring together our corporate “engine room”, providing strategic leadership across people, communications, IT, data, performance and improvement. You will play a central role in delivering the corporate plan, strengthening organisational capability and ensuring that high-quality information, customer insight and performance data drive effective decisions and sustained improvement.
